Continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii
Within the first 30 days of purchase, Salt Lake Iron & Steel Ltd. Co. covers all ground shipping costs for warranty-related issues, both to the customer and to the company.
After the first 30 days of purchase, Salt Lake Iron & Steel Ltd. Co. covers all shipping costs to the customer for warranty-related issues. The customer is responsible for all shipping to Salt Lake Iron & Steel Ltd. Co., regardless of reason or circumstance.
Warranty-related shipping will be Ground equivalent, with the provider chosen by Salt Lake Iron & Steel Ltd. Co..
Alaska, Hawaii and outside the continental US
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and any location outside the continental US are responsible for all shipping costs, regardless of reason or circumstance.
Before shipping any product to us
All shipments of any type of product to Salt Lake Iron & Steel Ltd. Co. for any reason require a Returns Goods Authorization (RGA) from customer service before shipping.
Failure to obtain an RGA before shipping could result in loss of product. Salt Lake Iron & Steel Ltd. Co. will not be responsible for replacement due to loss or damage if these steps are not properly followed.
