Non-warranty return shipping
For unused products in unopened boxes returned within 30 days after purchase for a non-warranty reason, shipping-cost responsibility is determined case by case. Customer service will confirm responsibility for return-shipping costs when issuing the RGA.
Before shipping any product to us
All shipments of any type of product to Salt Lake Iron & Steel Ltd. Co. for any reason require a Returns Goods Authorization (RGA) from customer service before shipping.
Failure to obtain an RGA before shipping could result in loss of product. Salt Lake Iron & Steel Ltd. Co. will not be responsible for replacement due to loss or damage if these steps are not properly followed.
