To ensure dependable quality, we have invested in the latest manufacturing technology to help make our products. The 403-grade stainless-steel in our KNG199ICW and oxygen-free copper in our KNG199INW heat exchangers are made with the finest materials we can source.
Our burners utilize a patented V-shape to ensure more complete combustion.
When these products are being manufactured, we take great pride in ensuring that each component is tested individually, on the assembly line, and for IQC (Internal Quality Control) testing.
After the product is manufactured, we subject it to over 20 minutes of testing on the line to ensure when it comes out of the box, it will be operating properly without fail.
Then another hour's worth of testing is done on random samples to double check that everything is operating to ensure Peak Comfort, Peak Performance.™
